- Salt + pepper
Marinade + Glaze
- 4 tablespoon tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha more if you like heat
- 2 tablespoon honey or agave
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Optional: 1–2 tablespoon extra honey for finishing
